Since #4 unit is the last unit of 4*300MW units in Vietnam Guang Ninh Thermal Power Plant that are operated by Anhui Wenergy Power Operation And Maintenance Co.,Ltd, it decides whether the Guang Ninh item can be completed successfully. The work has more responsibility. This successful startup means the construction of #4 unit has completed a important phase. It will be favorable to start the “RTR” for the unit.
