The regularization examination for WOM Vietnam project staffs

At the end of the year, it is the time for regularization examination again, apart from the past years, this year WOM send the HM supervisor, Miss Zhou Zhuo and training supervisor, Mr. Li Bin to Vietnam project for exam.

At 1:00 PM. Of 4th DEC, the exam has been held in SEC canteen, after the informing the regulations, the exam has been started, during the exam, Mr Zhu Qingfu, the DM of WOM, who went to the site to give the work guidance, he told the staffs that no need to be worry about the result of exam, because even you failed the exam, with more efforts and more experience equipped in the following year, you must be passed it next year.

After 2 hours exam, the project administrator arranged 12 person for the evaluation. Finally, after the conversation between 2 HM managers and participated staffs, the 4 hours exam has been finished.

The regularization exam is a motivation for WOM staffs, it is helpful for the future company development.
