周云同志荣获华能太仓电厂“月度岗位标兵”
近期，皖能运检太仓项目部燃料运行三值领班周云同志荣获华能电厂2月份“岗位标兵”。 周云同志要负责全厂燃料输煤系统、卸船系统、程控系统的各项安全生产工作。为此她坚持每天提前进领班室、早早地检查设备缺陷、查看上个班交班日志、了解系统各设备运行情况，根据当班的工作任务，及时制定当班期间风险点预控表，将一天的工作规划好，仔细分工、妥善安排。安全管理上，她要求班组成员严格执行安全管理制度和安全规程，自觉遵守，抵制违章。在实际工作中，为了能提高卸船效率，她要求班组人员必须现场交接班，同时要求程控人员密切注意卸煤电子皮带秤流量，从而提醒码头卸船机司机及时调整流量，加快了卸船速度。针对近期印尼煤粘度高、流动差、易堵煤的情况，她要求巡检人员增加巡检次数、提高巡检效率，定时对落煤管进行检查清理，在现场作业时，她每次都坚持再检查一遍，确保设备健康运行，有效控制了缺陷的发生，细致的工作得到了项目部领导的肯定。 作为皖能运检公司的一名员工，她以积极向上的工作态度和不怕苦不怕累不怕脏的敬业精神，赢得了华能电厂高度表扬。（杨志旺）

临涣二期项目部圆满完成#4机组检查性小修项目
临涣二期项目部汽机专业于3月22日顺利完成#4机组检查性小修项目。 目前临涣中利发电公司#1机组正在进行C修，#4机组为调停状态且上半年无C修计划，作为紧急备用的#4机组应具备随时启动条件，业主技术部与临涣二期项目部商讨对#4机组进行一次检查性小修，检修项目主要有：#4机A闭冷器解体检查、清洗、打压试验；#4机A、B小机A冷油器水侧解体检查、清洗、查漏；#4机主机B冷油器上端盖解体检查、水侧清洗查漏；#4机主机A、B冷油器下端盖更换密封圈。原计划检修时间为3月16日至3月25日。 检修期间，项目部领导合理安排，组织各专业精兵强将攻坚克难，提前出色的完成了这次检修工作，得到了业主的高度评价。（文/图 李树锋）

The Opening Ceremony of the Second Training Class Held in Hefei
With the great advantage of management and technology, WOM makes unremitting efforts to train technicians of operation and maintenance for Tumushuke Power Plant from Xinjiang Autonomous Region. The second group of 70 learners participated in the training class opening ceremony in Innovation Building in Hefei, 6th March. All the staff of WOM Tumushuke Project was present, too. Li Teng, vice general manager of WOM, extended the welcome greetings to the learners. Li Teng said that WOM would provide a nice environment for all learners in accordance with the agreement signed by WOM and Tumushuke Power Plant. He hoped that all learners could have a good knowledge and acquisition about operation procedures and skills in electricity production. He emphasized that in the following five months, all learners must observe work disciplines, place priority on safety and work hard to make due contributions to the production of electricity in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. WOM invited electric experts and excellent technicians from production lines to lecture safety regulations and basic theories on electricity production during the stay in Hefei. And afterwards, learners will be divided into four groups and go to projects in Huasu, Linhuan, Taicang and Xiexin respectively to accept training about production.

The year 2014 annual working conference of WOM held in Hefei
The 2014 annual working conference of WOM was held in Innovation Building in Hefei, 10th February. The members of leadership of WOM, the general managers of branches from WOM Hefei, Ma’anshan and Tongling, the chiefs of all sections in WOM, the project managers from subsidiaries and projects were present. Li Teng, vice general manager of WOM, delivered the safety work report of 2013 and put forward specific requirements for safety work in 2014 during the meeting. Zhu Qingfu, vice general manager, declared the decision about the 2013 annual “Golden Project Manager” and “Outstanding Staff” of the company. Qian Dakui, general manager, signed the responsibility guarantees of project managers, on safety in production, and KPI task evaluation with all sections, subsidiaries and projects. “ Golden Project Managers” were awarded to three managers. Qian Dakui, general manager, delivered the annual work report titled Innovate Operational Mechanism and Stimulate Creative Spirit to Make WOM Larger, Stronger and Better, which described a general layout on the work in 2014, set five targets and raised thirteen important measures inspiring everyone. Qian Dakui emphasized that WOM is undertaking a very powerful work with huge potential. We are faced with both a rare opportunity and grave challenges , therefore we must overcome these difficulties ahead of us and achieve our goals with all hearts. On the basis of the concept “Contribution is the core”, the spirit of “White and Black” and “Five plus two”, we must bear in mind that “success depends on caution, failure results from arrogance” and do our utmost to accomplish the common vision of our company, so that everyone could have a better future!

2014年3月6日，皖能集团公司团委书记王鹏飞、运检公司总经理钱大奎和人力资源部主任李贤卓莅临华塑项目公司参加青年员工代表座谈会。 王鹏飞书记传达了皖能集团2014年工作会议精神，学习了集团公司董事长张飞飞和总经理汤大举的讲话内容，强调了集团领导“乘势而上，改革创新，积极推进皖能集团做大做强做优”的决心，分析了2014年皖能集团的总体形势和未来的发展前景。 公司总经理钱大奎为各位青年员工代表分析了运检公司未来的发展形势，并对所有青年员工提出了几点希望：一是加强理论学习，注重实际操作，理论与实践相结合，提升解决问题的能力；二是不怕困难，不怕考核，提高自己的能力素质，努力成长为能够独当一面的管理型人才；三是以贡献为本，为公司的发展发挥自己最大的正能量。 参加座谈的青年员工代表逐一发言，纷纷表达了自己的工作感受，同时也对公司未来的发展提出了许多好的意见和建议，公司领导对大家提出的问题和要求也一一解答，座谈会在一片欢声笑语中圆满结束。(蒋余良)
