皖能运检临涣项目公司积极开展“迎新春”趣味活动
2月13日至17日，在羊年新春佳节来临之际，为进一步调动员工的工作积极性，增强团队凝聚力，皖能运检临涣项目公司业余时间积极组织广大员工开展“迎新春”趣味活动。 项目公司除了开展了乒乓球、羽毛球、掼蛋扑克牌等竞技项目比赛，还积极参加中利发电公司组织的拔河比赛，并取得“团体拔河比赛”第一名的好成绩。 通过“迎新春”系列趣味活动，既增强了与业主、项目公司员工之间的交流协作，又丰富了职工的业余生活，营造了和谐欢乐的节日气氛。（赵德祥）

皖能运检华塑项目公司举办“迎新春“系列活动
为丰富广大员工节日娱乐生活，增强员工之间的团队协作精神和凝聚力，营造春节期间良好的文化氛围。皖能运检华塑项目公司举办“迎新春”系列活动。 活动分为篮球，羽毛球，拔河，掼蛋，跳绳项目，来自项目公司集控运行，输煤及项目公司管理人员80多人参与角逐；篮球项目经过多轮比赛，集控一值凭着团队的配合拔得头筹；羽毛球项目由来自集控一值的李小龙夺得男子冠军，叶梅夺得女子冠军，拔河项目输煤一班凭着团队配合以绝对的优势取得第一名，掼蛋项目由项目经理张德宏和姚兴令以绝妙的默契一路过关斩将取得第一名，宋伟取得了跳绳第一名。 “迎新春”系列活动是深受职工欢迎的一项大众文娱活动，拥有广泛的群众基础，此次活动增进了同事友谊，提升了项目公司凝聚力和向心力，更使大家在紧张工作之余缓解了压力、锻炼了身体，振奋了精神，取得良好的效果。（李小龙）

Unit #1 with full load in TPCIL, India
The project advances steadily when unit #1 was first synchronized successfully in TPCIL project, India, 22nd December, 2014. After TD-BFP-A/B, ID/FD/PA fan, coal feeder and mill have been commissioned, ignition is done with success in unit #1 on 31 January, 2015. When turbine rolling speed reaches 3000rpm, spray oil test is done, then Indian staff try to manual synchronization with initial load 37.8MW under the guidance of commissioning team. Each test in turbine is qualified, synchronization with rising load is done again, service HP/LP heater then, switch air supply in deaerator, and load gets to 250MW, boiler is running in dry mode instead of wet mode. 13：53 7th February, load is 330MW, put more oil guns into operation, service feedwater pump, then load is rising gradually, main steam pressure increases to 22.1Mpa, which means unit is in supercrital mode. At this moment, it bursts into applause on the site. However, staff from WOM and commissioning team continue to work hard instead of getting relaxed; 22:15 unit with full load 660MW! Everyone in CCR applauses for this hard-earned achievement.

Good score achieved in Turkish project department
The first record, which shows there has been no abnormal shutdown for one hundred days in unit #2 of 600MW, ICDAS, by 6th February, is made in WOM Turkish project department. This great achievement is attributed to hard-working staff in project department, and they are brave to face challenges, move forward and never give up. 29th October last year unit #2 was shutdown by manual mistake, which nearly caused termination of contract. Under the circumstances, project head had courage and led staff to overcome difficulties. They worked out new plan, paid special attention to work system, like work permit and checklist, punished violations more severely, and took more focused and practical measures to raise the awareness of safety. Through theses efforts, great score is achieved and project department obtains the recognition and praise from the owner. WOM Turkish project department will continue to work earnestly, advance bravely and make good preparation for the renewal of 6+6 contract. More contacts and communications will be made with the owner, Sinosteel Corporation and Power Construction Corporation of Heilongjiang to have better cooperation with them so as to make more contributions to the development of company in Turkey.

皖能运检太仓项目部加强新员工技能培训
元月21日，经过三级教育考试合格后，吴瀚雷等一批新员工进入脱硫岗位开始系统的跟班见习。 为圆满完成新员工见习工作，项目部精心制定培训计划并强调各班组加以落实。各班组按专业要求，指定脱硫运行主值担任培训师傅，帮助新员工尽快适应运行工作环境。 本次培训以脱硫系统整体流程为主，讲解设备构造、原理、常见故障处理方法。同时，加强现场操作技能指导，帮助新员工加深对设备构造机工作原理的理解，为尽早上岗值班创造条件。（王琨）
