November 10, Shanghai Electric Power Engineering Company Group Human Resources Minister Yang Zhang and his party of four, who came to Anhui Wenergy Power Operations and Maintenance Co. Ltd. can negotiate to develop the project operation and maintenance matters of foreign power.
