WOM Organized First Phase New Employees in 2011 into the Pre-job Training

In this year,WOM introduce more than 40 participants in the first batch. Recently, they

will went to the thermal power plant operation, maintenance and other positions, into a

period of 3 to 6 months of pre-job practical training.
