The Implementation of Major Maintenance for Units in Vietnam QuangNinh Powerplant

There are 18 days passed since the major maintenance for the unit 2# in Vietnam powerplant starting.

Till today, all the following maintenance items for unit 2# are performing smoothly, like the replacement of 2 HP heaters, boiler heating surface inspection, pulverization system maintenance, and ESP maintenance. Meanwhile, we have several newly added maintenance items performed for the connection tubes of ID, FD and primary fans inlets, and the pulverized coal mixer.

The WOM QuangNinh Vietnam project department, with the consideration of the characteristics of the maintenance, has overcome the difficulties like high temperature whether, short maintenance period, tremendous tasks and complicated check and accept procedures, furthermore, the department try the best to communicates with SEC project department and Vietnam owner, in order to ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of this work.

The QuangNinh project maintenance department members are having the weekly safety meeting and maintenance coordination meeting in the rest time at night.
