The Troubleshooting Implementation of WOM QuangNih Project in Raining Season

After the successfully RTR of QuangNih secondary phase unit 3#, the following high load performance test became another challenge, additionally, all the auxiliary equipment load is also higher than normal operation value. After the performance test, the comprehensive troubleshooting has been started for unit 3#.

July in Vietnam is raining season, and this kind of weather always causes a lot of difficulties for powerplant works. In case of this situation, the maintenance team made a plan for opened air boiler fans, which is that treat with the equipment indoors in rainy day and treat with the equipment outdoors in sunny day. For the turbine maintenance, the troubleshooting works for closed water cooler, opened circulating water inlet screen, condenser rear water chamber manhole, deaerator overflow valve, high speed mixed bed and vacuum pump inlet pneumatic butterfly valve differential pressure have been finished fast. The boiler, electrical, chemical and common system maintenance items have been also finished perfectly.

As the last troubleshooting activity before turning the unit 3# to Vietnam PAC, in order to hand over the best condition unit to owner, our specialized personnels have tried their best to ensure the work efficiency and quality.
