The year 2014 annual working conference of WOM held in Hefei

The 2014 annual working conference of WOM was held in Innovation Building in Hefei, 10th February. The members of leadership of WOM, the general managers of branches from WOM Hefei, Ma’anshan and Tongling, the chiefs of all sections in WOM, the project managers from subsidiaries and projects were present.

Li Teng, vice general manager of WOM, delivered the safety work report of 2013 and put forward specific requirements for safety work in 2014 during the meeting. Zhu Qingfu, vice general manager, declared the decision about the 2013 annual “Golden Project Manager” and “Outstanding Staff” of the company. Qian Dakui, general manager, signed the responsibility guarantees of project managers, on safety in production, and KPI task evaluation with all sections, subsidiaries and projects. “ Golden Project Managers” were awarded to three managers.

Qian Dakui, general manager, delivered the annual work report titled Innovate Operational Mechanism and Stimulate Creative Spirit to Make WOM Larger, Stronger and Better, which described a general layout on the work in 2014, set five targets and raised thirteen important measures inspiring everyone. Qian Dakui emphasized that WOM is undertaking a very powerful work with huge potential. We are faced with both a rare opportunity and grave challenges , therefore we must overcome these difficulties ahead of us and achieve our goals with all hearts. On the basis of the concept “Contribution is the core”, the spirit of “White and Black” and “Five plus two”, we must bear in mind that “success depends on caution, failure results from arrogance” and do our utmost to accomplish the common vision of our company, so that everyone could have a better future!
