Pre-work training of new employees held in Innovation Building in Hefei

Ninety-nine newly recruited employees of WOM, from various colleges nationwide, took part in pre-work training in Innovation Building in Hefei, on 24 March. Qian Dakui, general manager, Li Teng, vice general manager, Zhu Qingfu, vice general manager and currently chairman of Labour Union, Hu Quan, vice chief-engineer and currently director of Marketing Department, Li Xianzhuo, director of Human Resources Department, attended the training.

During the pep rally, Li Teng, vice general, put forward some specific requirements for new employees, and attached great importance to work safety in apprenticeship. Zhu Qingfu, vice general manager, briefly introduced company development, expressing his hope that all new employees work hard and learn how to live in power plant. Hu Quan, vice chief-engineer, emphasized that all employees should uphold team spirit. Some new employees gave impromptu speeches.

Qian Dakui, general manager, delivered a report titled on WOM culture construction, voicing his opinions theoretically and pratically, with rounds of applause. He hoped that firstly all employess pay great attention to training and practice; secondly, follow arrangements, and overcome difficulties to gain more achievements; thirdly, respect instructors and get along well with colleagues; fourthly, be open to all teaching and guidance from leaders and excellent workers, disregarding complaints and misleading; fifthly, combine theory with practice; lastly, strive for self-improvement and devotions.

After the training, these newly recruited employees will start apprenticeship in six project departments in Huasu, the first and second phases of Linhuan, Xinji, Taicang, and Xiexin respectively, on 25 March. Under the guidance of instructors, they will be appointed as different positions according to each specialty. This is attached great importance, for providing a platform for all new employees, who will become talents to develop new projects in the field of electricity.
