Creative and courageous WOM

How time flies! One month has passed since WOM Qinghai project department with more than 10 technicians started their journey to the pilot project of Qinghai solar power plant supported by China General Nuclear Power Group(CGN). The boundless desert and the blazing sun caught everyone attention shortly while they suffered altitude sickness and sustaining high temperature. This is just a memorable experience for creative and courageous WOM.

Delingha located in Qinghai province is a remote place featured by dry weather, and an altitude of over 3000 m. Most suffered altitude sickness, and two of them got very sick. The company leaders and on-site project manager care a lot about employees and do every effort to improve life and work conditions according to the reality. In the spirit of advancement, efficiency, innovation and pioneering, WOM overcome difficulties on the strengh of technology and willingness, and they believe “Success belongs to the persevering”.

WOM Qinghai project department is mainly occupied with commissioning and maintenance in the pilot project of Qinghai solar power plant supported by CGN. All the employees do the work like boiling out, blowing, water finishing, oil filtering in an orderly way. Pan Zhijian, a manager, though not tall, is a tough man, whose working clothes is always covered with salt efflorescence. Wu Yue, a young lady, works earnestly on water test, winning a good reputation. They unit as one to form a new team serving solar power plant. We have confidence that they will make a remarkable achievement in the following work like oil and salt piping hydaulic test, and turbine rolling-up.
