Functional Departments of WOM Company Actively Do a Good Job in Front-line Service
During the C-level maintenance shutdown period of No. 2 Power Plant of Xinji Project Company, serious corrosion of lower air preheater tube was found during inspection, which needed to be replaced in time. Due to the large number of replaced vertical tubes, and the owner demanded that the repair period be completed in the shortest possible time. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the C-level maintenance work of the project company, by means of the application of the project company and the approval of the Bidding Leading Group of the company, emergency procurement was agreed. On the morning of July 7th, the company's Business Department, Audit and Justice Department and the Safety Production Department dispatched personnel to Xinji Project Company's No. 2 Power Plant to carry out the front-line service work, to help emergency procurement, to strictly implement the bidding procedures in accordance with the company's relevant system, and to take photos and file them, which solved the difficult problems for the maintenance site.

Annual Selection of Rationalization Suggestions of WOM Company has been successfully completed
According to the requirements of the Group Company and WOM Company's "Rationalization Suggestion Management Measures", led by the trade union of WOM Company, specifically responsible by the Safety Production Dept., the annual rationalization recommendation selection meetin was held in the company conference room on July 5th. In order to ensure the fairness and rationality of the Selection Meeting, the selection meeting invited Mr. Ye Mao, chief engineer of the company, Mr. Fang Xingguo, Deputy Engineer of the company and general manager of energy-saving service company, and various professional experts from the Maintenance Dept. The company's project departments have reported 35 rationalization proposals, covering Boiler, Turbine, Electricity, I&C, Chemistry and other specialties. It embodies the spirit of diligent thinking and innovation of project professionals in their daily work. After the experts' selection and discussion at the meeting, the first, second and third prizes were finally determined. So far, the annual rationalization recommendation selection meeting aiming at stimulating employees to take a foothold in their posts and exploring innovation has been successfully completed.
