        In order to ensure the stability of heating and power supply of local residents and the continuous safe and stable operation of the unit, firstly, WOM Changji project department strengthen personnel safety management. All specialties are required to strengthen overall coordination and minimize unnecessary outdoor operations during low temperature, rainy and snowy weather. Strengthen the safety supervision and management of outdoor operation, and at the same time, it is required to follow the principle of emergency repair and safety. Second, strengthen safety emergency training. Combined with the actual situation of various professional equipment and system equipment, the matters needing attention during the low temperature rain and snow weather of power plant equipment are sorted out. Summarize the experience of safe operation in the past extreme weather, revise and improve the emergency plan in the extreme operation mode and under the extreme weather, carefully organize the learning and drilling, achieve quick response and proper operation in front of the accident, and practically improve the response capacity of the emergency. Third, strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers. Carry out all-round and no dead angle safety hazard investigation. Strengthen the patrol inspection of important equipment and the monitoring of important parameters, strengthen professional and technical management, carefully take anti-freezing measures for equipment, timely check and find out the weak links in low temperature weather, and timely develop solutions and measures to solve the problems, so as to eliminate the hidden dangers in the bud.
