On January 12, Taicang project department organized the party members and key members of the project  to set up an inspection team to investigate the hidden dangers of the equipment within the scope of the project and carry out the investigation, establishment and reform.
        In order to ensure the safety of production during the Spring Festival, the project department personnel inspected all the coal handling equipment and auxiliary systems along the coal handling belt, focusing on four coal handling transfer stations on the first basement. Due to the narrow underground space, the existing light is insufficient when the coal powder is large, the coal leakage and coal accumulation in the roller at the head and tail of the coal handling belt are serious and the imported coal is highly volatile, which is the key area of fire prevention. In response to the above problems, the project department immediately organizes personnel to rectify: handle the work ticket and install lighting equipment, at the same time, the project  manager leads the party members and all key members of the project department to shovel coal with shovels, clean the ditches and wash the ground together with the cleaning personnel. After an afternoon's struggle, all underground transfer stations are completely new. A total of 14 hidden dangers were found in this investigation, including 6 hidden dangers that were rectified immediately and 8 hidden dangers that were rectified within a time limit.
        Shortly after the establishment of  Taicang project department, some employees didn't know the WOM company very well.
