On November 4th, 2019, WOM Pingshan project department cooperated with the National Railway Scale Measurement and Testing Station to test two static scales of Huaibei Pingshan power plant. During the test process, four weighing sensing points of the static scale of the dumper proper were respectively fixed and coded, and the test results were within the range of non-linear error < ± 0.01%. At the same time, the static scale manufacturer also tested some damaged or aging sensors. Through this comprehensive inspection, the maintenance personnel of the project department have improved their ability to deal with the static balance fault and laid a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the dumper.
