On September 5th, No.1 power plant of WOM Xinji Project Company successfully completed the transformation of #1 boiler economizer, which laid a solid foundation for the environmental protection and efficient operation of #1 boiler and the formal operation of ultra-low emission project.

        During the commissioning of No.1 power plant ultra-low emission renovation project, according to the analysis of the flue gas temperature parameters of boiler operation, it is found that the flue gas temperature at the outlet of economizer needs to be lowered to meet the production needs because the flue gas temperature of the boiler is higher than the design temperature at the ultra-low emission inlet. After technical consultation, the project company decided to reform the economizer. On the one hand, the exhaust gas temperature was lowered to improve the boiler efficiency, and on the other hand, the demand of ultra-low emission project production was met.

        After 9 consecutive days of intensive construction, the transformation construction was successfully completed, which created favorable conditions for stable production and operation of the power plant.
