WOM Xinji Project Company No.1 Power Plant adheres to the safety management and assessment of external construction units into the scope of daily management, in accordance with the principle of “management and responsibility”, control the whole process of external construction units and plays the "five steps" of safety.

        One is to examine the qualifications of external construction units for safe production and ensure good access. Strict examination of the business license, qualification level and safety production license of the external construction unit shall ensure that the qualified units enter the power plant for construction; second, the implementation of management responsibility, and a manager designated by the power plant shall be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of a certain construction; Third one is improving the safety quality of the construction team. The external contractors who enter the factory shall receive safety education and training, give a safe account, and the special operators shall be on duty with certificates. Fourthly, on-site safety management supervision and inspection are in place. The relevant managers make daily on-site inspection, fill in safety supervision logs and carry out regular special safety inspection. Fifth, the acceptance of safety and quality, the project safety facilities to ensure "three synchronization", safety does not leave hidden dangers

        At present, the ultra-low discharge project of a power plant is in the late stage of the project, the slurry system transformation is steadily advancing, the construction of the cold slag system is about to start, and the "five-step safety" makes the construction of the outsourced units more standardized, safe and stable.
