Recently, the WOM Pingshan Project Department carried out the "mentor with apprenticeship" business training in order to strengthen the theoretical study of new coal transporters, master the operation of shutdown and power transmission, and further ensure the safe and economic operation of the system equipment. Using 10KV and 400V distribution system for coal transportation, theoretical training and demonstration of specific operation are conducted on site to remind employees of matters needing attention in the actual operation process, and operation drills are conducted in the test site under the guidance of the instructor. The training has been reinvigorated and achieved good results.
