Affected by the super typhoon Lichma, the average wind power in Huaibei area has reached 4-5 levels recently, and heavy rainstorms have occurred in some areas. The intensity of this typhoon is rare in recent years. Hence, the WOM Pingshan Project Department attaches great importance to it, prepares for typhoon ahead of time, and quickly starts the emergency plan of "typhoon prevention and flood prevention".

        In order to ensure safe production on site, the project department requires the teams of coal transportation and chemistry specialty to strengthen on-duty inspection, focusing on checking whether the hydrogen station, oil depot and the doors and windows of distribution room are in good condition, strengthening the rain-proof facilities of outdoor electrical equipment in advance, so as to ensure the safe and normal operation of on-site equipment. At the same time, the project department also actively organizes various teams to carry out personal safety education activities. The project manager repeatedly instructs employees to pay attention to driving safety and strengthen personal safety awareness during commuting. By the time of publication, the safety production of Pingshan Power Plant was not greatly affected by Typhoon Lichma.
