Recently, two major equipment emergencies occurred simultaneously in the maintenance site of Banji Project Company. One was sand holes in the valve body of the discharge primary valve of hydrochloric acid storage tank B, the hydrochloric acid leaks linearly, and the other is the leakage of sealing flange of Unit #1 TBFP A driving end at 16.5 meters. After receiving the task, Lv Wenhua, chemistry supervisor, and Zhao Dejian, steam turbine supervisor, went to the job site to check in person and determined the work programme.

        After the maintenance work officially started, Mr. Bai Ximing, general manager of the project company, and Mr. Jiang Hao, deputy general manager of the project company, personally to the chemical specialty hydrochloric acid tank B discharge primary valve body repair site for on-site command, and participate in emergency repair work, effectively inspired the work of the maintenance staff to participate in the drive. After nearly four hours of intensive repair, the blockage of sand holes in the valve body of the primary discharge valve of hydrochloric acid tank was successfully completed in a safe state. Under the supervision of Mr. Zhao Dejian, the steam turbine professionals, due to the complex field equipment and pipelines, narrow working space, high working environment temperature, inconvenient welding position, difficult work and other unfavorable factors, through more than ten hours of continuous struggle, the leakage of sealing flange of Unit #1 TBFP A driving end at 16.5 meters was eliminated.
