The clean water tank of Xinji No.2 Power Plant shoulders the functions of the water supply of the former stage of boiler supply water and the water supply of the clean water station of No.2 Power Plant. The water quality of the clean water tank directly affects the preparation of desalted water and the quality of direct drinking water for the workers of No.2 Power Plant.

        On the morning of July 4th, the chemical water team of Xinji Project Company decided to clean up the silt of the clean water tank during the shutdown and maintenance of the power plant. Xinji Project Company has deployed the silt removal work of clean water tank and set up cleaning group, liaison group and guarantee group. The project manager went to the site for guidance and coordination, and gave a safe account to the cleaning staff before entering the water tank. After more than three hours of intensive cleaning, flushing, re-cleaning and re-flushing operations, the silt removal of clean water tanks has been successfully completed, which ensures the high-quality supply of water for power plant production and direct drinking water for workers.
