On the afternoon of May 24th, 2019, Banji Project Company held a meeting in the conference room for the extended C-level maintenance ending sprint of Unit #1 of Banji Power Plant. The project company managers, professional supervisors and safety management personnel of the project company participated in the meeting.
The meeting was problem-oriented, and the professional supervisors analyzed the reasons for the unfinished project and reported on the problems needed to be coordinated. The safety management personnel of the project company reminded the safety problems existing in the work site and the safety matters needing attention in the light of the recent safety inspection of the C-level maintenance site.
Meeting requirements: Professionals should concentrate, play a steady role and do good jobs of C-level ending sprint. First of all, it is necessary to ensure that personnel are in place to provide adequate human support for C-level maintenance finish work; secondly, to strictly check the C-level maintenance quality acceptance work, while completing the signature of maintenance document package, to strictly check the quality of maintenance so as to ensure that the equipment restores to the best state after repair. Thirdly, we should do a good job of safety management in the closing stage, especially involving personal safety. Safety measures should be put in place to ensure that the C-level maintenance work is successfully completed in a safe state, establish a good image of the gold medal maintenance team of millions of units, and submit satisfactory answers to the owners and WOM Company.
