After obtaining the consent of the owner, Banji Project Company overcomes many unfavorable factors, such as tight construction period, many tasks and high temperature, etc., and carries on the disassemble and cleaning to the 2A main turbine plate heat exchanger by working overtime.

        Lu Xianqing and Liang Jixing, who are in charge of cleaning the plate heat exchangers of the 2A, according to the specific situation that the plate heat exchangers are dirty and difficult to clean, they adopted the plan that flushing the water side of the plate heat exchangers with a high pressure water gun, and spraying the oil side with mechanical oil cleaning agent, then brushed with soft brush and each piece is marked one by one. Measure the distance between the two pressure plates of the plate heat exchanger and avoid the damage and breakage of plate heat exchanger during cleaning. After nearly a week of hard work, the cleaning of the plate heat exchanger of the main turbine A of the Unit #2 has been successfully completed, which has created a reliable condition for the safe and stable operation of the Unit #2 during the summertime.
