In July, it was hot in Turkey which makes life and production difficult. In order to ensure the normal operation for the Units as well as the physical and mental health of operation staffs, the BIGA Project Department of WOM takes the management staffs to go deep into the site, persist in the inspection two times a day, and keep track of the health condition of the equipment at any time. Management staffs adhere to supervision and inspection of the quality of shift and monitoring, focus on the labor discipline and accident plan implementation, set important auxiliaies key temperature, vibration detection frequency and methods. They also pay close attention to the coolers filter net differential pressure, auxiliaries’ current, audio frequency change. A series of measures to control heat and lowerg temperature such as making mung bean soup, buying drinks, watermelon have been widely welcomed by owners and employees.
