Due to the failure of the outlet arrester of #2 generators in Huasu Thermal Power Plant, and the frequent thunderstorms in May and June, the safety risk of the unit increased. On the evening of May 23rd, after the arrester was delivered at the plant, the thermal power plant required the project company to shut down the unit for 3 hours to replace the arrester before starting the unit. Due to the time constraints and heavy tasks, project company leaders arrive ahead of time to guide the work on the job site, organize the competent personnel to carry out the work of shutdown and restart.

        And after the reasonable arrangement and careful operation, the #2 unit was safely shut down in the early morning of the 24th, and the extremely hot-start of the unit was completed within the schedule time. Through this continuous operation, it fully reflects the perfect technical skills and the problem solving ability of the operator in WOM Huasu Project Company.
