During the normal operation of chemical water treatment reverse osmosis equipment in power plant, the diaphragm in reverse osmosis element will be polluted by inorganic salt scale, microorganism, colloidal particles and insoluble organic matter. These pollutants are deposited on the surface of the diaphragm which leads to the decrease or deterioration of the standardized water production rate and desalination rate of the system respectively. Recently, the chemical specialty of Pingshan project department combined with the "spring inspection" which need to meet the request of activity self-check and self-reform, organized the professional personnel to carry on the chemical cleaning work to the water treatment reverse osmosis, in order to raise the reverse osmosis water production. Chemical Supervisor Dong Jiannan directs the operation on the job site, the field operation is carried out strictly according to the operation ticket. The chemical cleaning work of reverse osmosis is completed methodically, and the equipment is fully prepared for meeting the peak in the summer.
