At 14：00pm of July 23, in the No. 1 berth of WOM Xiexin Project, the coal unloading 1A conveyer belt was penetrated by one iron soldering from feed channel of ship unloader, and was torn vertically beyond 200m. This emergence led to instant maintenance since above 20000 ton coal was left in the ship bunker. The belt could only be tied with steel wires temporarily until coal unloading finished.
        On July 24, the weather temperature was near 39℃, and the ground temperature could reach more than 50℃. The project department fully got prepared from safety disclosure, technical measures, personnel organization and sunstroke prevention for1A belt replacement. The staffs of Xiexin Project department cooperated with each other and take shifts despite daylight hot weather and insect bites and stings mosquito bites. After two days and nights, the replacement of belt was completed by July 26, and gained great praise from the owner.
