Early autumn season, people feel comfortable in the cool autumn wind. In the afternoon of September 2th, Wenergy Hefei Power Company held the forum in Vietnam returnees. The company secretary, trade union chairman ZhouJing preside over the meeting. The general manager of the company Fang shiqing, the party secretary Hu Xiucai attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Industrial branch deputy general manager Yang Lin,deputy secretary Chen Hong, and the staffs who returned from Vietnam participated in the forum.
The atmosphere relaxed and happy, people communicate with each other. Chen Huichun, the project manager in Vietnam, introduced the owner and the operation of our staff in Vietnam, work and life. Subsequently, the professionals from different professions, different perspectives about the difficulties encountered in Vietnam during the period, domestic and overseas power generation business, and different employees to complete the work to overcome the situation. They said:work abroad not only has learned to open up the horizons of knowledge,but also see their own shortcomings and improves skills. Staff were also on how to expand overseas markets, establish a brand and other aspects of the idea, suggested that the company can establish a rotation mechanism for overseas staff to address the worries of going abroad.
Fang Shiqing expressed thanks to everyone. He gave details of the company's production operations work. He hoped that the employees ideas, from the "working" role into a full team of technical content. He asked everyone at work handling brains, study more, be a responsible employee, effort for the company's healthy and harmonious development.
Hu Xiucai analyzed the current development situation of enterprises, stressing the importance of opening up foreign markets. He pointed out that as employees, they should have the global consciousness, and work hard, show talent, enhance brand, and create results.
