WOM Pingshan project company carries out on-site emergency drill of "mechanical injury"
In order to further improve the emergency rescue ability of staff to deal with sudden safety accidents and ensure the life safety of employees. At 14:00 p.m. on November 4, Pingshan project company organized and carried out a mechanical injury emergency rescue drill at the site of C3A belt conveyor trestle of Pingshan power plant. Xu Qiang, director of the safety and Health Department of Wanneng transportation inspection company and his party, as well as the management personnel of the project company and relevant personnel of various professions, participated in the drill. At the scene, Wei Guorong, deputy manager of Pingshan project company, explained the steps and precautions of the drill to the personnel on site, and Wu Xiang, the manager of the project company, put forward safety requirements for the personnel participating in the drill. After the drill started, all participants were in place in an orderly manner according to the requirements of the plan. During the operation of the machine, the operator was seriously injured due to the phenomenon that the operator did not pay attention to the conveyor during the operation. After arriving at the site, the maintenance supervisor shall report the injured to the project manager and Safety Officer immediately. After receiving the report, the project manager quickly started the emergency rescue plan. The personnel participating in the drill carried the emergency rescue tools and materials to the scene of the accident to carry out rescue. First, the wounded were transferred to the dangerous place by stretcher, and then the wounded were treated by the personnel with rescue experience on site. Then, the wounded were transferred to medical treatment by vehicles. The whole drill process was orderly No problem. Xu Qiang made a detailed comment on the drill and affirmed that it was a successful emergency drill. The participants were very serious, the drill was realistic, in line with the procedures, and achieved the expected effect. Meanwhile, he pointed out the shortcomings in the process of the drill. The maintenance team of WOM Wucaiwan Project Department successfully completed the first task
The boiler pulverizing maintenance team of WOM Wucaiwan project department was in danger and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the owner, which was unanimously affirmed by the leaders of the owner. On September 19th, 8 14-meter-long sootblowers of Unit 3 of Datang Xinjiang Wucaiwan North No. 1 Power Plant needed to be replaced urgently. WOM Cilacap project department completed the #3 unit AGC commissioning task
On September 2, WOM Indonesia’s Cilacap Project Department, in response to the request of the Indonesian owners, fulfilled its duties in the face of the severe situation of the epidemic, and completed the primary frequency adjustment and AGC system commissioning of Unit #3 in Cirazza Power Plant. The owners and Huaye Company have received unanimous praise. Since the #3 unit of the Cilacap Power Plant in Indonesia was officially put into commercial operation in August 2016, the primary frequency modulation and AGC unit coordination functions have not been put into use. The change of unit load depends entirely on dispatching telephone commands. When there is a problem in the power grid, the adjustment of the load by telephone contact is lagging behind, which may cause the grid load to be adjusted in time. Due to the relatively small power grid on the Indonesian island of Java, the impact of load fluctuations on the power grid will be great. The Cilacap Power Plant has repeatedly lost power and tripped units due to power grid impacts. After the first frequency modulation and AGC debugging of unit #3 are qualified and put into use, it is of great significance to the safe operation of the unit.
