WOM Chuzhou project department carries out fire drill of fuel pipeline

On November 17, 2020, Chuzhou environmental protection project department organized and carried out the emergency drill of fuel pipeline fire. WOM Pingshan project completes cold prevention work in advance
Recently, due to the influence of rainfall weather, the temperature gradually decreased. In order to ensure the safety of equipment in winter, the chemical professional team of WOM Pingshan project made early preparation, early planning and early implementation, and carried out comprehensive inspection of equipment and system in time in order to ensure the safety of equipment in winter. In accordance with the rectification requirements of "autumn inspection" and combined with the previous years' experience in cold and antifreeze work, the chemical professional team staff formulated a series of cold and antifreeze measures. WOM Xinjiang Changji project company organized emergency repair of slag extractor to avoid unit non-stop
On November 7, large coke fell off during soot blowing to L7 and R7 (rear part of high-temperature superheater) of ා 1 unit of changre power plant, which led to the trip of slag conveyor, deformation of scraper, failure of three hydraulic shut-off doors close to climbing section, and disconnection of oil pressure chain wheel of slag conveyor, which required emergency repair of slag carrier. As ා 1 unit is responsible for the important tasks of steam extraction and urban heating, the slag extractor shutdown for a long time will lead to the non-stop accident of ා 1 boiler. In order to repair the slag extractor urgently and avoid the non-stop operation of No.1 unit, Changji project company selects 13 boiler professional technicians to organize slag extractor repair team, and Qiao Peisheng, general manager of the project company, leads the repair team. In the face of complex maintenance site environment, unit load reduction, heating reduction and even forced shutdown and other possible situations, the slag extractor repair team overcame all difficulties, and after continuous 7 hours of hard work, the slag extractor was successfully repaired and the unit returned to normal operation. Strengthen the rectification of equipment hidden danger, make clear the specific items of autumn inspection, optimize the autumn inspection method, check the hidden dangers in the production and living areas in time and stages, and thoroughly find out the safety dead spots and eliminate the safety risks. WOM Xinjiang Wucaiwan project department carries out fire drill
November 9 is the national fire protection day. In order to improve the fire safety awareness of the staff of the project department,WOM Xinjiang Wucaiwan project department and the full-time fire brigade in the plant area jointly organized the staff to carry out fire rescue knowledge training. The fire control building in the plant is full of seats. The fire brigade trainers give detailed fire rescue knowledge training to trainees by analyzing and explaining the fire warning educational film, explaining the basic knowledge of fire, common fire fighting methods and precautions for fire prevention, fire emergency rescue knowledge, and primary fire fighting skills drill. After that, the trainees were organized to investigate the allocation and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities in the coal handling complex building, power distribution room, coal yard, coal handling trestle and other areas, and timely fed back to the fire brigade of the plant area for timely rectification of the hidden fire safety hazards found in the investigation.
