Supervision division completes wind power supervision of Jiulianshan in Xuancheng
The 110 kV transmission line construction project of WOM Jiulianshan wind power, which was contracted by the supervision division, was started on July 20, 2020 and successfully put into operation on December 26, 2020. The construction path of the project is long, it spans many expressways and railways, the foundation excavation is greatly affected by the surrounding environment, and the risk of high-altitude operation is high. During the whole construction period of the project, Xuancheng Supervision Project Department ofWOM has done a good job in safety and quality management. According to different risk points, it has paid close attention to site safety management, strictly reviewed construction schemes such as foundation excavation, tower assembly, laying out of conductor wire and erection of crossing frame, done a good job in inspection, side station and witness sampling, and actively organized all parties to hold regular supervision meetings and cooperate with each other To solve the problem, ensure the successful completion of the goal of each node. Congratulations on the successful grid connection of 1350mw units in Pingshan power plant
At 10:26 on December 16, 2020, Huaibei Pingshan phase II, the world's first coal-fired unit with the largest single unit capacity of 1350mw, was successfully connected to the grid for the first time. The system status and parameters of the unit were normal and the operation was stable. The unit officially entered the trial operation stage with load. At this time, the successful grid connection is also another important milestone project node after the ignition and pipe blowing, which lays a solid foundation for the unit to enter the whole set of operation. In order to ensure the successful grid connection of 1350mw units in Pingshan Power Plant Phase II, every employee of WOM Pingshan project company "sticks to their heart, fulfills their heavy trust and fulfills their mission", and works hard in their respective posts with a high sense of responsibility and full enthusiasm. WOM Successfully completed the replacement of control DC battery
Recently, with the incorporation of the second 110V controlled DC storage battery of Zhongli power generation unit 1 into the DC bus, it marks the successful completion of the replacement of the whole set of storage batteries and the verification charge discharge test of each set of Zhongli power generation units 1, 2 and 4 contracted by WOM Linhuan project company. WOM Shanxi project department's No.1 unit has been running safely for 100 days
As of 7:00 on December 5, 2020, Shanxi Zhongmei Pingshuo No.1 Coal Gangue Power Generation Co., Ltd. #1 unit, which is operated by main engine, chemical and ash sulfur contracted by WOM, has achieved good results in 100 days of continuous safe operation. The 2 * 660MW power plant project of China Coal Pingshuo No.1 Gangue Power Generation Co., Ltd. is the first supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit with the largest capacity at home and abroad. It is conceivable that the complexity of the equipment requires the high technical level of the operators. At the beginning of this year, the project department and the owner cooperated closely to promote the epidemic prevention and control and safety commissioning, focusing on safety, quality and progress, and completed the unit single commissioning, subsystem trial operation and whole set start-up to a high standard. #Unit 1 was connected to the grid at 5:00 on August 26, entered 168 trial operation at 0:00 on September 9, successfully completed 168 hour trial operation at 0:00 on September 16, and has been running continuously since it was put into commercial operation. During the trial operation, the project Department of Pingshuo, Shanxi province implemented a 12 hour working system of three shifts and two shifts, which was carefully monitored and adjusted. WOM Complete PLC transformation of ash system in Hefei Power Plant
At 18:00 on November 27, with the end of DCS continuous commissioning of ash storage equipment in Hefei Power Plant, it marks the successful completion of PLC transformation project of ash system of two units in Hefei Power Plant undertaken by WOM maintenance division. This transformation is the first time that the maintenance division undertakes the DCS process control transformation of large units. The manufacturer requires that the transformation period should be synchronized with the c-repair of # 5 and # 6 units in Hefei plant. Due to the wide range of renovation projects and the tight time, and the higher requirements of the renovation manufacturers for the professional skills of the personnel involved in the renovation.
