WOM 2016 Yearly Safety Regulation Test in Cilacap Project
On March 17th, all the WOM staff in Indonesian Cilacap Project attended the 2016 yearly safety regulation test, which covered most areas of production. It gained attention of everyone, and sent signals for the importance of safe operation in production site. Through this learning and test, staffs could acquire much knowledge before unit put into commercial operation.

WOM Huasu Project Dept . Tried to Ensure Stable and Safe Operation
Nearly a week, as the temperature was rising, the cooling tower of Huasu plant became a good living place for algae and microorganism which could decrease the heat exchanging effect. During the leisure time, WOM staff in Huasu project organized operators to add non-oxidative germicide in the No.1 and No.2 cooling tower. This was quite effective method to clear the algae and microorganism thus guarantee the stable and safe operation of recycling water system.

The 5th Non-stop Operation of WOM Turkey Project Unit 2
Till Turkey time 24 O’clock on March 13th, 2016, WOM project in Biga Turkey achieved the 5th non-stop operation of unit 2 （600MW）. Since Dec 4th, 2015, unit 2 achieved the fourth non-stop operation; the management staff of WOM has always stayed clear-minded against the excellent performance, free from arrogance and impetuosity. They put safety on the most important position and commit every step of precautionary measures, which means the consciousness of safety, crisis and responsibility of every staff needs to be improved. The philosophy is to make friends, cultivate personnel and develop new market while working for a project. This has greatly encouraged the working passion and wits of staff. The spirits of union and providing best service for the owner, taking their equipment as ours and solving technical problems do much help to increase the economical target and create best benefits. The owner also gives good compliment and praise for the performance. Because of the proud achievement in Turkey Biga project, which also gained great trust of the owner, ICDAS signed unit 2 operation contract with WOM without any middleman, which is also the first contract of WOM signed directly with foreign company.

Wangjiang Leaders Attend WOM Anqing Safety Meeting
On the afternoon of Feb 25, the vice general manager of Wanjiang company Hong Wei, in the company of manager of Fuel Department attended the WOM Anqing Project safety meeting of Boiler major. During the safety meeting, staff learned Safety Production Report of 2015, Wring Rules of Equipment Fault Report. The important part was to study repeatedly the Notification for Abnormal Unit Shutdown of Shenhua Group (Periodical 45). Combined with the 2015 yearly production execution, the project manager He Xiaoxin gave a review and summary to equipment maintenance, meditations plan and staff management. Mr.Hong Wei affirmed to WOM’s performance in 2015. Since the Unit 4 out into operation for business, the non-stop running for 203 days created new record in the field of same capacity unit running. This achievement was the fruit gained by pains and sweats of all staff coordinated with other company members. Hong Wei required WOM to strengthen safety management, especially on the Two Permits and Three Against. To learn a lesson from the last December unsafe events, all should focus on own posts; improve mutual communication and major skills. The post training was essential, especially on mutual instruction, help and encouragement.

WOM Faer Projecs High Quality Engineering
