Continuously Stable Operation of WOM Huasu Project
Till April 26th, 2016, WOM Huasu project achieved the fourth 100 –day stable operation of unit without abnormal shutdown, which created new record for safety production. Huasu project always put safety on the first stand. With firm concept that prepare for danger in time of safety and readiness is all, Huasu management could be improved from the spirit and deeply conducted to work. Thus the strong defense line for safety was built Due to the specialty of Huasu industrial zone, unit 1 and unit 2 of thermal plant were on operation for 4 years without A or B class maintenance. Serious abrasion, noises, vibration, high temperature and other abnormal problems happened to the equipment frequently. These problems couldn’t be solved due to a lack of spare parts or long-period of waiting for spares. The safety production also was threatened. Facing all the passive issues and promoting the spirit that never look for excuse for difficulty and only find a way to success; Huasu Project Company carefully analyzed each abnormal situation and operation details and then made out different kinds of technical measures. From now on, 271 technical measures and 54 emergency schedules were put forward. 13 accident drill of company level were conducted. Through long-time troubleshooting, 255 hidden problems were exterminated, which made it possible for maintaining lasting safety production.

WON Fa'er Project Accomplished C Class Maintenance of Unit 2
On April 17, 2016, WOM Fa’er project smoothly accomplished the unit 2 ID fan A and B cover reinstallation and air pressure test and other commissioning work. The success indicated the full ending of C class maintenance of unit 2, which lasted more than 40 days. During this period, all WOM staff cooperated together to solve the problems and finished the tasks with high efficiency based on the time schedule.

WOM Xinji Slurry System Achieve Initial Success
According to the March production data report, the admix-burning content of slurry in Xinji Power Plant was 1416.16 ton, while raw coal content was 4080 ton, the admix-burning rate could reach 25.77% which saved 565 raw coals, the cost of which was almost 70 thousand yuan. The admix-burning proved to achieve initial success. As the situation for production and operation was becoming more and more severe, without any time waste, everyone took wisdom and efforts to carry out a deep scientific and technical research on the transformation of slurry system. While taking advantage of the waste materials, it efficiently saved energy. The original slurry system was highly proved and confirmed to obtain productive power after maintenance and reassembly. Under the leadership of Xinji managers and efforts of whole staff, the test admix-burning of slurry system lasted 48 hours until March 9th, which laid a solid foundation for the full recovery of low-cost electricity generation. During the process of admix-burning, the director of power plant stood in the frontline, with other management staff stepped behind. The problems appeared in the operation such as pipe plugging could be solved in the first time. Some relative measures could be made out instantly. As the slurry admix-burning rate increased, to guarantee the stable and safe operation of boiler burning, several special sessions was prepared for this issue. The detailed schedule and measures confirmed the technical parameters of admixed coal burning in the furnace. Thus the furnace temperature, airflow ratio, and burning details could be accurately calculated and improved to ensure the stable and secure operation of unit.

21 New Staffs Sail to Career in huasu Projcet
On March 23th, WOM welcomed the 21 new employees who would work in Huasu project. The life and work of new staffs was arranged by the Huasu project company. From every point of life, such as accommodation and dining, material purchasing and gate pass, the details all included. Huasu also concerned the safety issues, and reminded new staffs of traffic regulations. The one-week safety training was organized to lead them pay attention to the safety rules and working permit and other management regulations in the project. From the beginning of career, the project manager Zhang Dehong encouraged new employees to pursue the two dreams of WOM,which were to achieve the goal to get WOM on the market and expand market towards abroad. WOM Pingshan Accomplished 168-hour Operation of Unit 2
In Huaibei Pingshan Shenwan Power Plant, the chemical operation and coal conveying of two units was in the charge of WOM. Through a week full load running, the unit accomplished the 168-hour continuous operation at 14:00 on March 30th, 2016. This was a milestone that indicated the completion of the Phase One project. The normal commercial operation would begin after basic construction.
