Give Thumb up to Emergence Staffs of WOM Xiexin Project
At 14：00pm of July 23, in the No. 1 berth of WOM Xiexin Project, the coal unloading 1A conveyer belt was penetrated by one iron soldering from feed channel of ship unloader, and was torn vertically beyond 200m. This emergence led to instant maintenance since above 20000 ton coal was left in the ship bunker. The belt could only be tied with steel wires temporarily until coal unloading finished. On July 24, the weather temperature was near 39℃, and the ground temperature could reach more than 50℃. The project department fully got prepared from safety disclosure, technical measures, personnel organization and sunstroke prevention for1A belt replacement. The staffs of Xiexin Project department cooperated with each other and take shifts despite daylight hot weather and insect bites and stings mosquito bites. After two days and nights, the replacement of belt was completed by July 26, and gained great praise from the owner.

WOM Biga Project Create Pleasant Amateur Life for Staff
The living area of WOM Biga project department located on a hill far from city which spare time might be lacking much pleasure for many staff. The dull life after work and long-time stay in dormitory could add homesickness which would affect working passion. Considering this condition, department took many ways to initiate technical backbones and work crafts to take advantages of local materials. The Pingpang ball table was built though it might be simple. The ground after house being removed was used for tennis play. And the deserted freight stacking site was turned into basketball playground. The swift jumping shadows of staff could be seen after work with their cheering. In order to improve the life quality of staff, the local field was used to plant vegetables. With seeds from colleagues brought from China, staff owned their private plot. Now the fruitful harvest made delicious Jiaozi available. With a dish of green vegetable, lettuce salad or stir-fried tomatoes, they felt like at home. The colorful amateur life lessened their homesickness. The close friendship also made them indulge in pleasant life.

WOM Cilacp#3Passed 168-hFull Load Test Run
At 8 O’clock on June 8, the CCR of Indonesian Sumber Segara Primadaya was full of applause and cheer because of the 168-h continuous test run with full load of unit 3. The Cilacap Power Plant is located in the west southern Central Java, next to Indian Ocean. The Phase One two 300MW subcritical coal-fired unit has been put into business operation for years. The one 660MW supercritical coal-fired unit of Phase Two and one 1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit of Phase Three are still under program. With the development and reform of Indonesian economy, the power industry is facing intense competition. The owner S2P Company is urgently willing to get Phase Two unit into business operation. As WOM’s first project in Indonesia, the opportunity is along with serious challenges. The stable running of unit not symbolizes WOM’s glory but also means WOM will expand Indonesian market even across Southeast Asia Power Industry. From January 25, 2013 the start building of unit, to July 24, 2015 and December 12 blowpipe, finally till 168-hour full-load test run, all the process is immerge with the hardworking and perspiration of all staff of WOM project. They have been cooperating with each other and getting into practice with realistic attitude. With prudent operation and careful commissioning, there is no accident of equipment or human injury. Their performance gains favorable acceptation from the owner and other associate companies.

WOM Faer Attend#3A class Maintenance Mobilization
On the morning of June 14, under the leadership of chief manager Chengjie, WOM Fa’er project company staff attended #3 A-Class Maintenance Mobilization for Quality Engineering. The vice project manager made a statement of his position and he hoped all staff shall promote the working style of facing challenges and sparing no pains to forge the first-class maintenance project. It was required to carry out the spirits of strengthening the concept of safety development and improving the safety quality and to strictly follow the technical requirement and quality standard of A-class Maintenance Manual for unit 3. All the tasks of this maintenance should refer to rules that violation of regulation equals accident. Based on the Four Harmless and put Three Speaking and One Commitment into practice, intensify the inspection and violation patrol during maintenance site to get rid of any hidden trouble and provide guarantee for safety. Thus it would create performance for forge Unit 3 A-class maintenance as quality engineering project.

WOW Huasu Project Fulfilled 2 Season Anti-accident Exercise
In June 2, to enhance the disposal capability of operators during emergency and ensure stable running of unit, in accordance with contingency plans, WOM Huasu Project held an anti-accident exercise of the second season cooperated with Huasu thermal plant. The whole management staff of WOM Huasu Project and engineers of each major in plant joined the exercise. The goal of this exercise was due to the frequent thundering in summer which could bring hidden danger as unit and or circuit might be tripped. As flooding period came, the internal waterlogging caused by delayed water drainage could affect safety running of unit. From the exercise, it reflected the impressive ability of judgment and emergency disposal. The tacit cooperation between operation and maintenance could effectively lower the emergency loss. The owner Huasu thermal plant gave great affirmation for the performance of WOM-Huasu operators.
