WOM Xinji Project Carry Out the Autumn Security Inspection
In November 8th, the Xinji project organization management personnel to carry out autumn safety inspection . Inspection team along the belt system, boiler main and auxiliary equipment, electrical building, oil depot ,chemical water workshop with careful investigation, did not miss any corner.Focus on examination of the operation inspection records, whether mechanical and electrical maintenance accounts in good condition, thermal insulation of outdoor piping and equipment, Electrical building cable sandwich with or without foreign body, storage of hazardous chemicals, waste oil and oil warehouse fire with implementation and previously found problems rectification situation. Through this inspection, to ensure the safety of autumn and winter repair operations, item company to promote further enhance the level of safety management.

WOM Pingshan Project Seriously Carry Out Safety Inspection in Autumn and Winter
In order to guarantee the safety of production operation, WOM Pingshan project according to the strengthen security work requirements of Shenwan power plant and WOM company , organize and carry out safety inspection in autumn and winter. The inspection mainly includes : Safety facilities inspection, safety inspection of electrical equipment,and protection against cold and freezing conditions check. According to the site situation , the project department list the problems in the security inspection , and seriously implement the rectification for the safe operation of the unit to provide reliable protection.

WOM Huasu Project Stand at Posts for the National Day
During the National holidays, there are some people still standing fast on their posts. In order to keep unit running steadily, they had to keep eyes on screen parameters and carry out each operation. It was their unique way to celebrate the 67-year anniversary of motherland. The leader of Huasu Project set up a model to give up holidays for front line condolence and supervision. Meanwhile, every morning shift in charge of each major took over by turns to acquire the unit running status and maintenance task. Their spirit to undertake the responsibility of safety during national holidays won them the title of Light Bringer.

WOM Biga Unit Safe Operation for 700 Days
Till Sep 30th, 2016, the unit 2 of WOM Turkey Biga project has been on safe operation for 700 days with more than 6 months continuing high load. The good performance won the high praise of the owner, and also laid a solid foundation for the second goal of all year operation without accident. It was not easy to achieve the performance of 700-day safe operation. The fruit was watered by sweats from all stuff as well as painstaking care of project leaders who always undertook great pressure during the unit operation. Since the sixth 100-day no accident operation was fulfilled, some staff felt conceited and self-satisfied, and they got relaxed on working. Some even got out of line several times. This situation reminded the leader to take active measures to stop it as soon as possible in case the unit safety could be thus affected. The project department soon drew more attention to inspection on shift discipline, routine polling, switch tests; working permits implementation and operation adjustment records. Through all these measures, it was never wrong to be prepared for any danger in times of safety. For any violation, it required to be processed once reported. Then a few people had the slack mind for safety that maybe it was not necessary to always be tense and harsh. Some even had conflict with management staff. While the leaders never compromised to tolerate such behavior. As for safety management, they wound rather face the complaint than deal with any regrets after accidents. With bold spirits and harsh attitude towards safety production, the harmful trend was soon got strained. Since safety production was always put on the first without any slackness and preventive measures continuously carried out into detailed work, during the summer high temperature summit, issues such as pulverized coal pipe self-ignition, fluctuation of oil hydrogen difference pressure of sealing oil, FDF bearing temperature high and unstable grid frequency were all successfully disposed. The success couldn’t be achieved without the consciousness of safety, danger and responsibility as well as their emergency ability. The long time continuous operation refreshed new record for project safety production and shaped the brand image of WOM abroad.

WOM Huasu Project Achieved Unit 1 Synchronization
Since 21:02 on September 12, the Unit 1 of Huasu thermal power plant tripped for maintenance. Through one-week hardworking, the synchronization was realized and connected to grid at 5:44 on Sep 19. During the process of unit 1 maintenance, the leaders of project department put forward preliminary startup schedule and overworked for commanding and coordination in central control room. The operators on duty would follow the safety measures and startup schedule, executed operation according to the standard procedures. The engineers for each major would supervise at job site, which provided powerful organizing guarantee and technical support for smooth synchronization after maintenance. Through the maintenance which aimed to dispose of jamming valves, loading issue caused by low vacuum, mill roller cracks and other important equipment, the Unit 1 now was running with stability.
