First Safety Learning of WOM Qian Yingzi Project
On the morning of September 2, WOM Qian Yingzi project company organzied the first safety learning of 2017 Anhui National Sssessment Document (No.499) about how to conduct safety production. Cheng Jie, the project manager of Qian Yingzi required all attending staff to take a serious attitude towards this document and learn from the previous accident. Only by building safety conciousness and conforming to the safety guideline "Safety First, Prevention Foremost, and Comprehensive Approach", can all members guarantee safe production. While during daily work, all safety measures must be done.Each one should be responsible for safety all the time. The project company will develop under a solid foundation of safety.

WOM Xinji Project New Staff Training
WOM Xinji project required some new staff and conducted training course for them to ensure normal production. The training content includes professional knowledge about boiler operation and abnormal situation analysis, turbine operation, power on & off operation and chemical water treatment. Power plant safety protection and emergency rescue were also taught in the training. The course was made at 19:00 to 22:00 every Thursday. This training required everybody to attend on time. It is not allowed to ask for leave. The engineer to give lessons all needed to prepare fully for the course and comb the knowledge points. The training was based on the practice of site production. The trainees had to follow class rules and take down detailed learning notes. The training aimed to improve the quality of new staff and provide talented person resource for power plant safely production.

WOM Anqing Phase I Project Finished Standby Transformer Precommissioning
On May 26, the joint effort of 20 staff of WOM brought a happy end to the 8-day precommissioning of Anqing Phase I standby transformer. This maintenance faced lots of problems which needed to be solved within tight time. In order to make sure all the work can be finished smoothly, electrical staff made a deliberate plan and detailed arrangement. They also analyzed danger elements and notes during the maintenance. The precommissioning faced much work high above the ground which contained high risk factors. The person in charge has to strictly follow the requirement of working permission orders and check site safety situation. Then he would tell related staff to make sure precommissioning can be processed. During the maintenance, safety control must be reinforced. Each person on duty had to be clear on their responsibility. There had to be specified supervisor at site to ensure qualified safety measures and correct technological process. The precommissioning for standby transformer and other equipment got rid of hidden dangers to provide safety guarantee for unit stable running under good condition. It also laid good foundation for the coming summer power on-peak demand period and flood and drought prevention.

WOM Cilacp Project Successfully Avoid A Condenser Leak Abnormal Shutdown Accident
16:40 on December 22nd，Chai Wenhui, a chemical engineer, found that the condensate export index just exceeded the technical standard.He immediately rushed to the control room to see the relevant data, found the abnormal reasons, and report to the project department and the owner.Project Manager Yao Xingling according to the actual situation of operating personnel organization launched "condenser leakage treatment plan", take effective measures to eliminate defects, the stability of the relevant parameters, successfully avoided an unplanned downtime incidents, has been fully affirmed the owners.

Report on the Wasit Power Plant (2)
The working group of the WOM last week organized a special analysis of the first stator water system operation status. The thematic analysis found that "stator water tank plus nitrogen" and "Stator cooler winter ready to put into production" issue, Targeted treatment advice was adopted by the Debugging Department of Shanghai Electric, and won the praise.
