  • WOM Banji project company successfully completed the D-level maintenance work for Unit #2 On March 22nd, 2018, the Banji Project Company successfully completed the maintenance work of Unit 2, and actively arranged for all professionals to cooperate with the owner to start-up the Unit 2 in the evening of the same day. Since March 9, 2018, the Banji project company all personnel action, strictly in accordance with the previous deployment of D-level maintenance project and progress plan, actively carry out the maintenance work. In this D-level maintenance work, the project company each profession fully exerts the subjective initiative, overcomes the time limit, heavy tasks and other adverse factors, works overtime to carry out the work. The project company pay close attention to the eight major tasks, such as maintenance quality, work sheet dynamic and static inspection, scaffolding erection, the use of tools, limited space operations, fire operations, lifting operations and civilized construction of the work site. At the same time, project company has also strengthened the inspection work on the operation site about against violations of regulations and the supervision management of the safety management personnel on the major operations site. It effectively ensures the smooth progress of safety management during the period of unit #2 D-level maintenance. No violation of regulations and unqualified work sheets occurred in the whole maintenance process.   • WOM Pingshan project department actively cooperate with the owners to carry on the statistics and replacement work to the lacking sign plate In order to strengthen the civilized production on the production site, standardize the equipment management, and reduce misoperation, the chemical engineer of WOM Pingshan project department actively cooperates with the owner to sort out the lacking sign plates of equipment and system. The operators shall, in strict accordance with the requirements, carry out the statistical sorting and suspension of job site equipment sign plates, mark the temporary signage and missing sign plates one by one in the equipment list so that there are no omissions. This work not only makes the operators more familiar with the job site equipment, but also normalizes the signs of the production site equipment system.   • WOM Xinji Carry Forward Standard Safety Production According to the Safety Committee of the State Council and the document "Notice to carry out the national security production spirit of TV and conference and to conduct a overall safety production inspection"released by China Coal Group, WOM Xinji Project Company actively promoted the standard safety production and equipment maintenance management through which they intend to enhance plant safety and civilization level. First of all, the promotion conference of Standard Safety Production was held. Based on quality standardized assessment rules, the eight major s: infrastructure management, turbine, electric, boiler,I&C, chemical,fuel and communication informatization should be responsible for their allocated work . Refer to the criteria of assessment, the standard safety and civilization productio of daily maintenance should be implemented into practice. By studying "Assessment regulations of safety standardization of power generation", Xinji Project held special topic of safety standardization discussing how to carry out safety assessment based on actual conditions on site. The work can be improved by detecting the existing problem by checking records and site situations. Then divide and clarify safety standardization to realize closed management. The hidden trouble should be rectified. For some couldn’t be solved instantly, the reason for delay must be remarked. The effect of safety standardization would be finally shown with all these efforts.
