WOM Cuba project department completes performance test of 60 MW biomass power plant
March 4th，WOM Cuba project departmentSuccessfully completed the performance test of 1 × 60MW biomass power plant。 According to the actual operation conditions and test program of the unit, the project department shall formulate strict safety measures, conduct advanced analysis on the dangerous points and sources, do a good job in prevention and control, strengthen the operation safety management during the test, and fully prevent accidents such as falling from height, high temperature scalding, fire accidents, unit protection misoperation, etc. At the same time, the test personnel are required to master the test content and method, isolate the relevant equipment or system, collect the fuel, slag, fly ash and other samples, and test the samples to ensure the accuracy of the test data. During the test, the leaders of the project department and the supervisors of various specialties participate in the whole process, and strictly require the operators to operate carefully and closely monitor the operation parameters according to the test requirements; strictly enforce the labor discipline during the test, and strictly assess the factors affecting the test progress. In the process of performance test, a large area of shed material occurred in the charge bin of ? 2 furnace, which seriously affected the test results. After hearing the news, the leaders and management personnel of the project department rushed to the site immediately, organized members of the party commando team, opened the manhole of the charge bin, and dredged it for 2 hours in turn on the premise of safety measures, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the performance test. Under the 4-hour pure condensing tmcr condition test, the unit load is 63MW, the auxiliary power rate, heat consumption and other parameters can meet the design requirements, marking the successful completion of the performance test of Cuba 1x60mw biomass power plant.(Liu Yuanli）
