The online cleaning work is strictly carried out in accordance with the operation card. After unremitting efforts of the professionals, the reverse osmosis cleaning of water treatment has been successfully completed, and the water production indicators have been normal, which is laying a solid foundation for unit # 2 startup in the next stage.

Boiler Water Pressure Test of 506C level maintenance in Xuzhou Huarun Power Plant successfully completed
On October 16th, 2018, for the purpose of repairing the main line water pressure test node of 506C boiler in Xuzhou Huarun Power Plant, all the maintenance staff of the boiler section of WOM Company are working together and working overtime to ensure that the mainline node of this overhaul is carried out as scheduled. The inspection and maintenance work of the boiler is large, the time limit is short, and such as valve repair, heating surface replacement, etc., which increase the workload and affect the upper water node, etc., but all the maintenance personnel of the boiler section have shown the grace of WOM inspectors, and do not afraid of hardship, not afraid of tiredness, etc. Working overtime in a safe and orderly manner ensures progress. On October 17th, 2018, under the boiler professional organization of owner's technical department, the heating surface was inspected again and the hydraulic test was qualified. In Xuzhou Huarun Power Plant, the water pressure test of the boiler repair section 506c was completed once, which laid a good foundation for the subsequent debugging and ignition.

The warehouse manager of WOM Banji Project Company carried out the work of repairing the equipment and tools actively
With the completion of D-level maintenance work for unit #1, some damaged tools appeared in the D-level maintenance work, especially the temporary safety fence. In order to ensure that all kinds of workmanship in the warehouse can meet the daily work needs of the project company, under the arrangement of the project company leader, the warehouse manager Ge Luyang and Chen Jianbao earnestly carried out the repair work of various damaged tools. The damaged Jack, chain hoists, power plate, electric tools, oxygen meter, acetylene meter and so on have been repaired, and the temporary safety fence and aluminum alloy ladder have been repaired too. Moreover, they recalibrated the repaired tools, replaced the qualified labels and updated the tool account which makes the project company realize the standardization and meticulous management of warehouse tools. The warehouse manager has been able to fulfill their duties with due diligence and has saved the operating cost for the project company.

WOM Anqing Project Department organize technicians to test the data related to the low pressure cylinder of Unit #2
At noon on September 8th, 2018, Unit # 2 stopped and entered the dispatching shutdown maintenance stage again. In this period, the maintenance tasks of steam turbine are heavy, except that the auxiliary steam, steam extraction, condenser system, high and low pressure heater systems need to be checked and eliminated, the other more important task is the clearance measurement of the low - pressure cylinder final blades of Unit#2. Since the work involves the unit operation safety of the unit, the professional personnel of the steam turbine attach great importance to this work. On September 25th, after a day of hard work, with the cooperation of the professional personnel of Party A, 22 points of low voltage cylinder electric and regulating terminals were carefully measured and recorded. It was confirmed that the measured data met the requirements of technical specifications and provided a strong technical support for the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.

WOM Banji Project Company Electrical instrument control specialty work overtime to eliminate defects
At the beginning of September 2018, the vibration of the air cooling fan motors in the boiler #1 and #2 IDF increases one by one, it is necessary to eliminate the defects one by one. In order not to affect the safe operation of the unit, on the evening of September 13th, the leaders of the project company coordinated and arranged two groups of personnel at the same time to carry out the maintenance work on the cooling air motor inside of IDF A of the #2 unit and IDF B of the #2 unit. Project manager and professional responsible person always in the job-site to guide the operation, maintenance work is progressing smoothly. The inspection and maintenance of B inner cooling air fan of unit #2 IDF A and unit #2 IDF were successfully completed at about 1 AM on the September 14th.
