WOM Banji Project Company Complete the reassemble and cover work of Forced Draft Fan (FDF) AB of Unit 1
On the afternoon of May 17th, 2018, WOM Banji Project Company undertook the reassemble and cover work of Forced Draft Fan AB of Unit #1. As the top cover of FDF B slowly slowed down to the installation position, the FDF AB Upper Cover Reloading Node was successfully completed, which also marks that the expanded C-level maintenance work of Unit #1 of Banji Power Plant has entered the end stage. Due to the tight time limit and heavy tasks of the extended C-level maintenance work for Unit #1, and the first time that Banji Project Company undertakes such large projects, the project manager and ordinary staff dare to shoulder the responsibility, overcome many difficulties in the work, plan as a whole, work overtime to carry out maintenance work. Through on-site timely monitoring, the project progress, maintenance quality and safety management are achieved, which creates conditions for the safe, high-quality and efficient completion of the expanded C-level maintenance work of Unit #1 in Banji Power Plant.

WOM Fuyang Project Department launches the fire emergency drill of "Preventing Risks, Ensuring Safety and Welcoming Great Occasion"
Fuyang Environmental Protection Project Department and Fuyang Environmental Protection Company carried out the fire emergency drill of "Preventing Risks, Safeguarding Safety and Welcoming Great Occasion" in the West trestle area of the factory area at 13:00 p.m. on May 13th, 2019. The drill was conducted in two stages. Firstly, the professionals explained the fire types, the fire extinguishers, the matters needing attention in fighting primary fires, and the use of gas masks. Subsequently, staffs were organized to conduct on-site fire drills. Through this drill, the staff's fire awareness is enhanced, and the staff's fire emergency ability is enhanced. When confronted with fire, the fire accident can be timely, quickly and efficiently controlled.

WOM overhaul team successfully completed the buckling operation of the high-pressure cylinder of Linhuan Power Plant
At 9:30 on May 5th, 2019, under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Ren Xin, the safety supervisor of WOM Linhuan A-level maintenance Project Department, and Mr. Du Hao, turbine proper supervisor, the buckling operation of high-pressure cylinder of Unit #2 of Linhuan Zhongli Power Generation Co., Ltd. was accomplished. So far, the buckling of high, medium and low-pressure cylinders has been completed completely, marking the completion of a major node of A-level maintenance Project for the Unit #2. Turbine cylinder fastening is the most rigorous and precise work in the proper maintenance. Before buckling the cylinder, in order to ensure the installation of steam turbine with high efficiency and quality, the maintenance project department, the owner's technical department and the turbine proper supervisor discussed the matters needing attention of buckling the cylinder, carried out a comprehensive and systematic inspection of the installation quality and technical data, optimized and integrated the construction plan, after repeated demonstration, strived to complete the operation with high quality and high standard at one time. The detailed construction plan, technical and safety measures were put into practice. They carefully planned and carefully implemented and full-time participation in site assembly and acceptance of high-pressure cylinders was carried out. In the process of cylinder buckling, the construction technology and acceptance process of cylinder buckling of steam turbine are strictly implemented to ensure that "zero defect" completes cylinder buckling operation. The cylinder buckling lasted 20 hours, and the technical parameters met the quality requirements, which created favorable conditions for the next unit back-loading work.

WOM Anqing Project Department actively cooperates with the maintenance department to successfully complete the C-level maintenance of Unit 4
On May 2nd, Unit #4 of Anqing Power Plant started up smoothly after maintenance. This is a successful practice after the reform of maintenance project management system in WOM Company On March 16th, Unit #4 of Anqing Power Plant shut down and started the C-level maintenance. Anqing Project Department acts as the regular maintenance project Department of Unit #4, Anqing Project Department overcomes the difficulties of many self-maintenance projects with heavy quality inspection tasks and tight time. According to the reform of maintenance project management system of WOM Company, all newly signed maintenance projects shall be completed by the professional personnel of the maintenance department, relying on the human resources and technical strength of the regular maintenance projects, rationally allocating resources, and safely, high-quality and efficiently completing each maintenance project. All professionals fully implement the requirements of standardized maintenance, strictly guard against personal and equipment safety accidents, and steadily promote C-level maintenance work at a solid pace. Especially in cooperation with the renovation project of the secondary air guide plate of the maintenance department, the personnel of the project department carry forward the spirit of not afraid of "dirty, bitter and tired", obey the allocation, work overtime, all the staff participate in the continuous operation for more than 40 days, and submit a satisfactory answer sheet for successfully completing the C-level maintenance task of Unit #4.

WOM Pingshan Project Department took many measures to cope with the arrival of rainy season
In April and May, the Huaibei area entered the rainy season, and the incoming coal became wet and sticky through rain and infiltration, which brought some difficulties to the storage, transportation and blending of incoming coal. In view of this situation, the WOM Pingshan Project Department has taken many measures to actively respond to the situation and overcome the difficulties caused by coal tide in rainy season on safety production. The Pingshan Project Department starts with compacting coal seam, sets up a mechanical team of coal yard to carry out stratified and sectional coal piling shaping for Open-pit Coal yard. According to the requirements of standard management, each stack is compacted by a coal pusher with a height of 2 meters, the coal stack is rationally planned, and the height of the coal stack is minimized. The safety line of flood prevention and the distance of machinery peer are reserved from the angle of coal pile size to prevent the occurrence of coal yard collapse. During the period of heavy rainfall, the leaders of relevant departments are all on duty, organizing personnel to clean up and dredge water and coal at any time, to prevent large-scale collapse of coal yard and poor flow of rainwater, and to clean up coal accumulating on both sides of bucket wheel track in time, so as to ensure smooth coal-fired transshipment. When serious landslides occur in the coal yard, emergency rescue teams will be established to clean up the coal deposits outside the coal storage yard in time to minimize the coal loss caused by rainwater scouring.
