Coal mixed combustion of WOM Wucaiwan project department to ensure unit stability
In order to reduce the cost of power generation, Wucaiwan North No.1 power plant has been discharging Kaolin from No.3 to No.8 of the coal unloading ditch for blending coal. Due to the high viscosity of kaolin, the clay layer upon layer on the wall of the coal unloading ditch is overstocked, resulting in poor material flow, unstable instantaneous material flow on No.2 coal conveying belt under the coal unloading ditch, and unstable belt motor current. In order to solve this problem, starting from the morning shift on April 4, 2021, the coal handling professionals of WOM Wucaiwan project department led the operation shift and drivers to clean up the clay attached to the wall of the coal unloading ditch. After a day's cleaning, the cleaning work was completed before work in the afternoon. WOM Wucaiwan project department successfully completed on-site equipment repair task
At 16:00 on March 10, Zha Guohong, the person in charge of pulverizing of WOM Xinjiang Wucaiwan project department, received the notice from the shift supervisor of Beiyi power generation company about the equipment repair. Because the closed cooling water pump of unit 4 had been shut down, according to the requirements of cold prevention and antifreeze, the time of shutting down the closed cooling water pump should not be too long, and the shift supervisor asked the pulverizing maintenance team to assist in connecting the temporary pipeline to drain the residual water. According to the requirements of Wucaiwan project department in Xinjiang, Zha Guohong immediately organized the pulverizing team to assist the operators on duty to connect the pipeline for drainage, and the residual water of the pipeline was drained at 17:20. Because there was still a pipeline on the upper part of the maintenance pipeline, and the lifting car was not in place, the pulverizing maintenance workers Ma Dongcheng and Zhao Jianxi hung up their safety belts and stood on the 80mm diameter pipeline for operation. WOM Linhuan company successfully completed the maintenance of unit 2 in Zhongli power plant
