  • WOM Xinji Project Company No.1 Power Plant attach great importance to quantitative management of production and operation Recently, WOM Xinji Project Company No.1 power plant has checked and adjusted the scales of #8 and #750 coal conveyor belts to further promote the quantitative management of production and operation. According to the feedback information from the post personnel, the data of #748 and #750 two coal conveying belt scales in No.1 power plant are inconsistent, and there are large deviations. # 748 belt scale is the basis of settlement between power plant and coal supplier Xinji No. 1 Coal Mine. If the data are not accurate, it will be disadvantageous to one of them. Combined with the recent coal consumption, No.1 power plant decides to check the belt scales. After consultation with the coal preparation plant, the chain code is checked and adjusted by the power plant maintenance personnel to ensure the accurate settlement of coal consumption in the power plant.

  • WOM Xanji Project Company No.1 Power Plant carried out post skill training In view of various problems arising from ultra-low emission commissioning of No.1 power plant, WOM Xinji Project Company has specially developed skills training for desulfurization and denitrification personnel. The training invites engineers and technicians from Hebei Tiannuo Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd., the project builder, to conduct centralized training for desulfurization and denitrification workers in No.1 power plant, explaining the basic knowledge of ultra-low discharge process, production operation rules, accident judgment and treatment, and the lecturers answered various questions of the workers in the post. Demonstration of hands-on operation is also carried out on the production site. Through learning, the post personnel have a deeper understanding of the adjustment of ultra-low-emission production operation and the handling of accident judgment, which provides a theoretical basis for the safe operation of the system.

  • WOM Xanji Project Company No.1 Power Plant complete the improvement of #1 Boiler Economizer On September 5th, No.1 power plant of WOM Xinji Project Company successfully completed the transformation of #1 boiler economizer, which laid a solid foundation for the environmental protection and efficient operation of #1 boiler and the formal operation of ultra-low emission project. During the commissioning of No.1 power plant ultra-low emission renovation project, according to the analysis of the flue gas temperature parameters of boiler operation, it is found that the flue gas temperature at the outlet of economizer needs to be lowered to meet the production needs because the flue gas temperature of the boiler is higher than the design temperature at the ultra-low emission inlet. After technical consultation, the project company decided to reform the economizer. On the one hand, the exhaust gas temperature was lowered to improve the boiler efficiency, and on the other hand, the demand of ultra-low emission project production was met. After 9 consecutive days of intensive construction, the transformation construction was successfully completed, which created favorable conditions for stable production and operation of the power plant.

  • C-level maintenance Work of Unit #1 in WOM Changji Project Department has been carried out in an all-round way At 9:00 a.m. on August 25th, the C-level maintenance of Unit #1 in the WOM Changji Project Department was carried out in an all-round way. The planned maintenance period was 22 days, involving 326 standard items and 10 non-standard items. According to the power grid dispatching instructions, the C-level maintenance is six days ahead of the original plan. Upholding the concept of "no battle without preparation", WOM Changji Project Department has made preparations before the start of the C-level maintenance project for Unit #1, including compiling the Manual of C-level maintenance management for Unit #1 of Tianchi Energy Changji Thermal Power Plant, completing the three-level network diagram of various professional maintenance work and quality progress control document package, etc. This C-level maintenance is the first time that the project department undertakes the maintenance work of power plants in Xinjiang. The project department attaches great importance to it. It has held many meetings, arranged and deployed personnel, tools, pre-consumables and other aspects of work, and strictly standardized the system of professional maintenance daily, weekly and station-shift meetings. And the WOM Changji Project Department also organize and study the owner's "Ten Prohibitions of TBEA" and other relevant provisions, produced more than 200 pocket cards, requiring maintenance personnel to bear in mind and strictly abide by. Standardized management shall be strictly carried out at the maintenance site.

  • WOM Xinji Project Company carries out special safety inspection of coal conveying system In order to reduce and eliminate the potential safety hazards in coal conveying system and prevent accidents, WOM Xinji Project Company has carried out special safety inspection of coal conveying system in No. 1 and No. 2 power plants. By studying the "7.13" coal conveying belt fire incident notification of a thermal power plant in Hebei Province, the reasons are mainly the lack of department safety management, inadequate awareness of safety risks, and inadequate accident detection and handling, which lead to the occurrence and expansion of incidents. Safety work should be alarmed for a long time. This special safety inspection focuses on the potential fire hazards in the production site, the equipment and daily management of fire fighting equipment, and the inspection records of safety production of post personnel, etc. In order to prevent risks, eliminate hidden dangers and plug loopholes, this special inspection carried out a comprehensive and non-dead angle system investigation of coal conveying system, found problems and timely rectification, and implemented closed-loop management, which effectively promoted the safe and stable operation of production.
