WOM Company has achieved great achievements in the 2019 I&C professional skills competition of Wenergy system
Recently, the group company announced the results of 2019 I&C professional skills competition, and Mr. Li Tao, WOM Linhuan Project Company, won the third prize of individual. "2019 I&C professional skills training and competition of the group company" was held in Shanghai Electric Power University from November 18th to 22nd, and each subsidiary of the group sent its own personnel to participate in the competition. WOM Wucaiwan Project Department rush to repair bucket wheel machine at nigh
At 20:00 on November 21st, 2019, the guide rod of the tailcar derailed during the tailcar transformation of the bucket wheel machine in the coal yard of Wucaiwan power plant, resulting in the deformation of the guide rod, the displacement of the limit position and the desoldering, resulting in the bucket wheel machine unable to operate normally. As there is only one bucket wheel machine in the power plant to ensure the operation of two units, and the coal consumption is large, once the coal from the gallery is blocked, it will cause serious consequences; therefore, Ms. Ye Mei, the manager of WOM Wucaiwan project, immediately led the electrical and instrument maintenance supervisor to formulate the emergency repair plan and organized the maintenance personnel to carry out the emergency repair work. The night of November in Xinjiang has been more than ten degrees below zero. The rush repair personnel are not afraid of the cold. After seven hours of intensive work, the bucket wheel machine is back to normal use, providing guarantee for the normal coal supply of the unit.

WOM Pingshan Project Department successfully completed the Static balance test
On November 4th, 2019, WOM Pingshan project department cooperated with the National Railway Scale Measurement and Testing Station to test two static scales of Huaibei Pingshan power plant. During the test process, four weighing sensing points of the static scale of the dumper proper were respectively fixed and coded, and the test results were within the range of non-linear error < ± 0.01%. At the same time, the static scale manufacturer also tested some damaged or aging sensors. Through this comprehensive inspection, the maintenance personnel of the project department have improved their ability to deal with the static balance fault and laid a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the dumper.

WOM Cube Project Department Strengthen the training of Cuban personnel
On November 3rd, 2019, in order to ensure the normal operation of the feeding system, the WOM Cuba project Department, successfully completed the 23 day training for 25 Cuban Brazilian employees equipped by the owner and passed the evaluation and acceptance. In this training, the project department arranged safety and professional technical backbones. According to the situation of Cuban personnel, the project department carefully prepared three-stage training contents. For the production process of biomass power plant, safety management of stock yard and precautions in the operation of feeding system, the project department adopted the mode of projection teaching, video and picture broadcasting of material yard accident cases, and on-site demonstration of anti-violation operation. 10 loader drivers and 15 loading system inspectors were strongly shocked from the perspective to enhance their awareness of safety in production, understand the importance of safety, put an end to illegal operation in equipment operation, and improve safety operation skills. Through this training, 10 loader drivers basically master the ability of independent operation and loading, and 15 loading system inspectors have an intuitive understanding of the system process, safety management, actual operation of protective devices, fault judgment and handling of loading equipment, which lays a solid foundation for the later safety production work, and further establishes a good image of WOM Company.

WOM Banji Project Company carried out safety technology training
Recently, Banji Project Ccompany has taken advantage of the favorable opportunity of Banji power plant C-level maintenance of unit #2 and relatively less operation and maintenance tasks to carry out safety training and technical training. On the one hand, Project Company use the time of class meeting and weekly safety learning activities to carefully study accident cases, 25 countermeasures, safety work regulations of electric power industry and other relevant contents, so as to comprehensively improve the safety awareness and safety theoretical knowledge level of employees, and carefully organize the learning effect evaluation test according to the requirements of the project company. On the other hand, Banji Project Company organize the personnel with high professional technical theory level and strong maintenance skills professional and technical personnel, carefully prepare professional and technical training courseware, actively carry out professional skills and knowledge teaching one hour after supper, and use the specific situation of C-level maintenance to organize staffs to the maintenance site in a planned way, while participating in the maintenance quality control, while observing the professional equipment maintenance process, to help project company employees, especially new employees to master relevant professional knowledge and skills.
