WOM Xinjiang Changji Project Company takes multiple measures to ensure the safe operation of the unit during the Spring Festival
With the Spring Festival approaching, there are frequent rainy and snowy weather in Xinjiang Changji area, with the temperature as low as - 24℃. WOM Changji project takes multiple measures to actively cope with the extremely low temperature rainy and snowy weather. In order to ensure the stability of heating and power supply of local residents and the continuous safe and stable operation of the unit, firstly, WOM Changji project department strengthen personnel safety management. All specialties are required to strengthen overall coordination and minimize unnecessary outdoor operations during low temperature, rainy and snowy weather. Strengthen the safety supervision and management of outdoor operation, and at the same time, it is required to follow the principle of emergency repair and safety. Second, strengthen safety emergency training. Combined with the actual situation of various professional equipment and system equipment, the matters needing attention during the low temperature rain and snow weather of power plant equipment are sorted out. Summarize the experience of safe operation in the past extreme weather, revise and improve the emergency plan in the extreme operation mode and under the extreme weather, carefully organize the learning and drilling, achieve quick response and proper operation in front of the accident, and practically improve the response capacity of the emergency. Third, strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers. Carry out all-round and no dead angle safety hazard investigation. Strengthen the patrol inspection of important equipment and the monitoring of important parameters, strengthen professional and technical management, carefully take anti-freezing measures for equipment, timely check and find out the weak links in low temperature weather, and timely develop solutions and measures to solve the problems, so as to eliminate the hidden dangers in the bud. WOM Pingshan project department has achieved remarkable results in organizing chemical "water saving" collective research
On January 11, Pingshan project department organized the management personnel above the principal duty and the owner's chemical engineer to hold a seminar on tackling key problems on the issue of "water saving" in the chemical discipline, to exchange and share the results. The highlight of "water saving" achievement of chemical specialty of Pingshan project department in 2019 is that the Chemical operators, on the basis of the original fine treatment regeneration system program, have been trying to find out their own set of failed resin separation and regeneration methods, which have more obvious water saving effect than the original program, and are highly appreciated by the owner. In this seminar, the chemistry specialty also made clear the "water saving" measures, and started to establish regulations and establish solidification results.（Li Yuanli）

WOM Taicang projcet department organize the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards before the festival
On January 12, Taicang project department organized the party members and key members of the project to set up an inspection team to investigate the hidden dangers of the equipment within the scope of the project and carry out the investigation, establishment and reform. In order to ensure the safety of production during the Spring Festival, the project department personnel inspected all the coal handling equipment and auxiliary systems along the coal handling belt, focusing on four coal handling transfer stations on the first basement. Due to the narrow underground space, the existing light is insufficient when the coal powder is large, the coal leakage and coal accumulation in the roller at the head and tail of the coal handling belt are serious and the imported coal is highly volatile, which is the key area of fire prevention. In response to the above problems, the project department immediately organizes personnel to rectify: handle the work ticket and install lighting equipment, at the same time, the project manager leads the party members and all key members of the project department to shovel coal with shovels, clean the ditches and wash the ground together with the cleaning personnel. After an afternoon's struggle, all underground transfer stations are completely new. A total of 14 hidden dangers were found in this investigation, including 6 hidden dangers that were rectified immediately and 8 hidden dangers that were rectified within a time limit. Shortly after the establishment of Taicang project department, some employees didn't know the WOM company very well. WOM Pingshan project department actively provides suggestions for the owner to improve economic benefits
On the eve of the Spring Festival, WOM Pingshan Project Department organized a technical seminar to discuss how to improve the efficiency of coal unloading in order to better improve the owner's economic benefits. After extensive discussion, specific plans have been worked out. First, it is required that after the car dumper takes over the shift, if there is no plan to come to the car for the time being, the car dumper equipment shall be tested in advance, and in case of any fault, the maintenance shall be contacted in time to ensure that the car dumper equipment can be put into use reliably at any time. The second is to make use of the non-unloading time for each shift of the car dumper outside the power plant, timely clean the discharging outlet of the activation coal feeder responsible for each shift, so as to ensure the smooth coal unloading and no coal accumulation. Third, if there is no plan to arrive after taking over the shift, shall inquire about the coal loading method in time, prepare for warehouse addition, and replenish the warehouse in advance to ensure that the unloading time will not be delayed due to warehouse addition. According to this plan and strict management of the project department, the average output of unloading can reach the annual target of 800t/h.(Han Yu)

According to the weather change, Banji project company immediately organizes all professionals to lay non-slip mat on each production road, and at the same time, clean up the snow on the site in time to avoid the wet and frozen ground.
