WOM Xinji project company carries out boiler professional emergency drill
On June 18, the No.2 Power Plant of WOM xinji project company organized the on-site emergency plan drill of "boiler pressure parts burst". The simulation state of the drill is: the stoker in operation found that the feed water flow of the economizer is abnormal, the feed water flow is greater than the steam flow, the water level of the steam drum drops, the exhaust gas temperature decreases, the flue gas resistance increases, the negative pressure is not easy to raise, and the induced draft fan current increases. According to the inspection, there was a sound near the economizer of the boiler, and the flue at the lower part of the air preheater leaked, which was judged as the explosion of the economizer tube. The boiler team leader reported the situation to the relevant leaders level by level, and the leaders and technical personnel of various departments of the plant immediately went to the scene to command the accident rescue, and required the boiler to strengthen water supply and maintain the normal drum water level. In order to protect the boiler, close all drain valves and prohibit opening the recycle valve of economizer. Find out the position of the pipe burst, and the induced draft fan will continue to operate, so as to remove the flue gas and steam in time, and maintain the water level of the steam drum. Relevant adjustments such as generator disconnection and boiler shutdown, and evacuation of irrelevant personnel in the accident area. This emergency drill has tested whether the relevant departments and personnel can operate in a hurry when they encounter an emergency, and whether they can carry out rescue and disaster relief according to the plan. At the same time, the ability to judge and deal with the accident of the post personnel is further improved through the drill.
