The Vietnam Uong Bi Power Plant Phase Two witnessed the important moment of 330MW unit. The maintenance work was contracted by WOM. At5:27pm on July 2, the generator rotor was drawn out successfully.
        The steam turbine of Vietnam Uong Bi Power Plant Phase Two was from North Heavy Turbine Motor Company. The burning hot and moist summer of Vietnam didn’t scare maintenance workers of WOM. They overcame difficulties caused by weather and kept on fighting. Though very hasty time, shabby site conditions, lacking instrument and materials plus unfamiliar with unit model, with elaborate organization and preparing, each major cooperated with another, they completed this significant task as planned finally.
