WOM Guangde environmental protection project department carries out accident emergency drill

WOM qinshan project department co ordinates several maintenance works
At 1:27 on January 25, 2021, Fangjiashan unit 2 of Qinshan nuclear power plant was disconnected from East China power grid, marking the formal start of overhaul of Fangjiashan 205. The planned overhaul period of Fangjiashan 205 is 38 days. There are 9348 items in total, including 6906 items of preventive maintenance, 644 items of regular test, 143 items of modification and 1226 items of other types of work. It mainly includes nuclear vessel pressure test, disassembly and overhaul of No.2 main pump motor, disassembly and overhaul of steam turbine generator unit and other important work.(Liu Yuanli)

WOM Suzhou Environmental Protection Project repair the coke late at night to ensure production
At 2 am on September 7, a large coke block of about 2 meters in length and 1.5 meters in width at the lower grate of the third column of the furnace in Suzhou Environmental Protection Power Plant No. 1 furnace fell.WOM Suzhou Environmental Protection Project Department immediately organized personnel to rush to the site for emergency repairs。 The staff put on the labor protection supplies and insert the processed steel pipe into the coke block through the fire observation hole to clean the coke block. Because the coke block is too large, it is worried that the coke block will fall into the slag remover and block the slag remover. On-site maintenance personnel decided to crush the coke block and discharge it through the slag remover. First, the 8 employees on site were divided into two groups to break the scattered lumps on the surface of the coke block with channel steel, and then use the steel drill to install on the electric pick to clean the main body of the coke block. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the coke lump in the furnace of No. 1 was finally broken and discharged into the slag pool through a slag remover. WOM Fuyang environmental protection project organize emergency rescue drills for lifting injuries
Recently, in order to further implement the main safety responsibility and enhance the safety responsibility awareness and emergency rescue ability of project personnel, Fuyang environmental protection project department organized emergency rescue drills for lifting injury accidents. The drill simulated that during the shutdown period, the maintenance personnel lifted the manhole door to the 26m layer of furnace body of No. 2 boiler, the manhole door fell off from the hook and fell to the ground and injured a supervisor. After the accident, the on-site staff immediately check the injured and report to the project manager. Fuyang environmental protection project department immediately launched the emergency plan, the management personnel rushed to the site immediately, other maintenance personnel responded quickly, and took active measures according to the plan. Through this drill, we have further improved the emergency response ability of the staff and mastered the emergency handling process more skillfully. WOM Maintenance Team use overhaul interval to conduct Pre-Festival fire drill
In order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, carry out the theme of "life first, safety development", improve staff's awareness of fire safety, and enhance their ability to respond to sudden fire accidents and deal with them. WOM Company Huaibei Huancheng Power Plant Overhaul Project Department, unite WOM Maintenance Project Department, on the afternoon of September 21st, a pre-festival fire drill was conducted between the cooling towers of #3 and #4 units. Mr. Zhang Xuechuo, deputy general manager of WOM Company, directed the drill on the spot. Before the drill, Mr. Zhang Xueshao stressed that the fire emergency drill of "Welcoming the National Day, Creating Civilization and Safeguarding Safety" created a good environment for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. Through fire drills, all personnel have improved their awareness of fire safety and their skills of self-rescue, which will play an active role in promoting production safety, personal safety and family happiness in the future. During the subsequent drills, the participants went all out to perform the drills according to the basic knowledge of firefighting, the basic essentials of firefighting and the fire escape instinct.
