After more than 30 hours of continuous struggle, the steam turbine has been successfully rated at 3600 rpm, laying a solid foundation for the next step of grid connection.

        At 17:02 on the 17th, after the water quality, main steam pressure and main steam temperature reach the running up parameters and meet the running up conditions of the steam turbine, start to latch the turbine for running up. After low-speed and high-speed warm-up, the rotating speed reaches 3600 RPM smoothly, and the auxiliaries operates normally. The main parameters of the unit, such as shaft vibration, bearing vibration, differential expansion, bearing temperature, etc., all meet the requirements of technical specifications, and 3600 rpm is successfully set.

        Before the start-up of the whole set of units, the project department shall closely focus on the steam turbine running up target and carry out careful preparations. Disclosure shall be made to participants at all levels in advance, and all system parameters shall be strictly tested and confirmed in strict accordance with the requirements of standards before turbine running up. At the same time, project department attach great importance to safety protection. Mr. Liu Zhigang, the project manager, supervises and directs the whole process, and the professional director is on duty 24 hours a day. It has formed a multi-level and key safety prevention and control system. In close cooperation with the turbine manufacturer and the owner, the turbine shall coordinate and deal with various problems in time during the turbine running up, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the smooth development of no-load tests after constant speed.
