        With the joint efforts of SIME, WOM Company, Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Company and Commissioning Unit, WOM Siroledo Project Department in Cuba, actively pushed forward the project process and carried out reverse power transmission on September 2nd. In order to promote the smooth progress of this reverse transmission work, WOM Siroledo Project Department in Cuba, organized mobilization meetings, formulated perfect technical measures, compiled reverse transmission regulations and operation tickets conscientiously by electrical specialty, organized operators to cooperate with commissioning units to carry out serious inspection and insulation measurement of equipments, 35KV, 6KV buses and cabinets. It also did careful inspection of equipment defects to eliminate hidden dangers and careful checking of electrical equipment protection set value. After careful preparation by professionals, site start-up Committee Organization of final inspection to determine that fully meet the conditions of reverse power transmission, permit the work of reverse power transmission.

        At 19:00 local time in Cuba, under the arrangement of the project department, electrical operators conscientiously carried out on-site reverse power transmission operation, successfully completed the reverse power transmission work, laid a solid foundation for subsequent debugging, and won high praise from the general contractor.
