At 16:30 p.m. on June 22nd, 2019, after a series of tests, C-level maintenance of Changji Thermal Power Plant Unit #2 was successfully connected to the grid once, marking the successful completion of the first maintenance project of WOM Changji Project Company.

        The C-level maintenance of Unit #2 in Changji Thermal Power Plant is the first unit maintenance project undertaken by WOM Company in Xinjiang. This C-level maintenance involves 720 maintenance projects of steam turbine, boiler, electric, I&C, desulfurization, ash and chemistry. In addition to the conventional items of steam turbine proper inspection, generator proper inspection, four tube inspection of boiler proper and auxiliary equipment inspection and repair, the main bearing, thrust bearing, sealing pad, pulverizing system and heating surface of boiler proper are emphatically treated. Six of the mills were overhauled and a large number of tubes were changed on the heating surface of the boiler proper. The project company strictly implements the "Five Principles of Overhaul", carries out construction in accordance with process procedures and process standards, conscientiously carries out quality supervision procedures, reasonably controls the progress of various professional projects, and ensures that the time limit control nodes carry out as planned. At the daily C-level maintenance coordination meeting, the problems and difficulties in the process of overhaul are dealt with in time, the work affecting the nodes is sorted out in time, and the personnel are coordinated in time, so as to ensure the steady progress of the maintenance work.
